Based on police reports and an article in the Orange County Register, the paramedics took Leddy to the hospital to be treated for a head injury. Prior to being transported, Police stated Leddy told them he had been drinking prior to the crash. The police accompanied Leddy to the hospital where he was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
